ACOLIN and/or their boards of directors, executive management and employees may have or have had interests in the listed investment funds or have or have had positions in the securities held by them. Furthermore, such entities or persons may have or have had a relationship with or may provide or have provided other services to or serve or have served in the executive bodies of relevant fund providers or companies.

Local Legal Restrictions

The ACOLIN website contains information and documents regarding numerous investment funds and is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where (by reason of that person's nationality, tax residence or otherwise) the publication or availability of the ACOLIN website is prohibited. Persons in respect of whom such prohibitions apply must not access the ACOLIN website. Fund information and documents are provided either by ACOLIN or by the fund providers themselves. If the information and documents are published on the ACOLIN website by the companies, then they will rely on the information provided by the fund providers regarding distribution licences for the investment instruments. ACOLIN does not guarantee the accuracy of information on distribution authorisation and can therefore not be made liable for incorrect data/information. If the information and documents are uploaded to the ACOLIN website directly by the fund providers, the fund providers shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary distribution licences.

Access restrictions by residence and investor category

When accessing the ACOLIN website for the first time, users are asked to specify their country of residence and their personal investor category. The investment fund information and documents provided thereafter are intended exclusively for users from the specified country of residence and belonging to the respective investor category.
Investor’s categories available are „qualified investor“ and „private investor“. An investor not belonging to the category of qualified investors is a „private investor“. Following Art. 10 Abs. 3 and 4 of the Kollektivanlagengesetz (KAG) in Switzerland namely institutional investors and wealthy private investors are qualified investors. For investors/users with another country of domicile those rules apply, that are applicable in the respective country of domicile of the investor.
Incorrect details may result in access to information and documents relating to investment funds which the user is not authorized to access. The user undertakes to select the correct country of residence and investor category, and, if necessary, only proceeds after clarification of the legal situation. ACOLIN shall not be held liable for any damages or activities suffered by the user as a result of providing incorrect details

Limitation of Liability

Fund information and documents are published on the ACOLIN website either by ACOLIN or by the various fund providers directly. Under no circumstances shall ACOLIN be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from use of the fund information or documents, from access to the ACOLIN website or from links to third-party websites.
Furthermore, the companies disclaim all liability for any tampering with the Internet user's computer system by unauthorized parties. In this regard, ACOLIN expressly draw attention to the risk of viruses and the possibility of targeted attacks by hackers. In order to combat viruses, it is recommended that the most recent browser versions be used and that anti-virus software be installed and continually updated. As a rule, the opening of any e-mail from an unknown source as well as any unexpected attachment to an e-mail message should be avoided.
