Distribution Channel & Commission Management

ACOLIN offers you the use of its comprehensive distribution network with partners in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Luxemburg and Liechtenstein. More countries are in preparation.

ACOLIN takes over your investment products into all existing distribution agreements with financial intermediaries in their respective countries. Integration in this distribution network eliminates any entry hurdles with large banks and platforms, guaranteeing fast availability of your products in the relevant settlement systems. Commission and retro management is entirely taken care of, relieving you significantly of your administrative duties.

ACOLIN checks the reported holdings by the distribution partners and validates these with the custody bank and the depository, thus avoiding double payments.

ACOLIN provides you regularly with transparent information on current holdings and changes in holdings regarding your products with all of your sales partners and subcontractors. This enables you to achieve very efficient and specific marketing and retention management according to requirements.

 

Network ACOLIN maintains a network with platforms, banks and other distributors. New products will be integrated into the existing network and are thus available with immediate effect across the entire market.
Trailer fee Management ACOLIN takes sole responsibility on behalf of the investment company for monitoring, calculating and paying trailer fees, reduces the risk of double payments and allows you to see which distribution channels your funds have been placed through.
Data Management ACOLIN provides the distribution partners with fundamental technical information to ensure the high visibility and efficient handling of your products. These data form the basis for each internal setup process.
Information Management ACOLIN provides the distribution partners with monthly factsheets and additional fund-related documents where available. Client queries are forwarded immediately to the fund provider's sales staff.
