Independence

ACOLIN is independent

Since ACOLIN employees control the majority of the company’s share capital, neither banks, insurances, fund providers nor law firms can exert any influence on ACOLIN’s Board and Management decisions.

No conflict of interests

ACOLIN does not manage any collective assets. It operates solely on behalf and by order of fund providers, thus having no conflict of interests of any kind. We focus exclusively on helping our clients in the best possible way to make their collective capital assets known to as many investors as possible – quickly and successfully.

A strong partner

Thanks to its independence, ACOLIN builds up long-term, strong partnerships with its clients. ACOLIN’s business growth cannot be determined or influenced by corporate decisions. Therefore, there are no superior interests that could lead to mergers, dissolution or other changes to the company.

Identical interests

Every one of our employees takes a share in ACOLIN’s success. This in turn depends directly on our partners’ success in distribution, which ensures that ACOLIN’s staff pursues the same objectives as its customers.
